1.2) The Crypto Exchange Rates Slider is provided by CoinGecko, Gecko Labs Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Singapore bearing UEN 201510008G, subject to the terms available here.

1.3) The Crypto Converter Widget and the Crypto Exchange Rate Slider are hereinafter referred to together as the “Widgets”.

2) No Investment Advice:

The information provided by the Widgets is for illustrative purposes only, is not and should not be construed or considered as an investment advice or recommendation to buy or sell cryptocurrencies. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and consult a professional financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3) Accuracy of Information:

While Cryptohopper and CoinGecko strive to provide accurate and up-to-date exchange rates and conversion data, neither them nor we can guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by the Widgets. In particular, exchange rate for any cryptocurrency may differ between different exchanges and service providers due to lack of official exchange rates published by national central banks and different spreads applied.

The exchange rates displayed by the Widgets may also differ from the exchange rates provided by service providers issuing the gift cards / vouchers available at Kinguin. 

Additionally, cryptocurrency rates are extremely volatile and subject to dynamic and substantial changes in any moment. Users should verify any information obtained from the Widgets with other sources.

4) Third-Party Data Sources:

The Widgets rely on data from third-party sources, which may be subject to change without notice, errors and omissions. We have no control over the Widgets or which third-party sources they rely upon. Please refer to Cryptohopper and CoinGecko terms for further information. Without prejudice to statutory rules, which cannot be derogated from by an agreement, we do not guarantee that the data will be accurate and free of errors and omissions and consequently do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions or inaccuracy of the data provided by the Widgets.

5) No Warranty:

Without prejudice to statutory rules, which cannot be derogated from by an agreement, the Widgets are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Widgets will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that the results obtained from their use will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose, in particular for the purpose of accurately tracking the cost and value of different cryptocurrencies or vouchers / gift cards offered at Kinguin.net.

6) Limitation of Liability:

The Widgets are provided free of charge for illustrative purposes only. Users are free to use Widgets at their own risks. Without prejudice to statutory rules, which cannot be derogated from by an agreement, in no event shall we, our affiliates, or our respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Widgets.
