Terms and Conditions for the “Kinguin Bear Wars Roblox Promotion” on Kinguin.net

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for participation in an online promotion “Kinguin Bear Wars Roblox Promotion” (the "Promotion").
2. The Promotion is available globally.
3. The Promotion is organized by Kinguin Digital Limited with its registered seat in 8/F On Hing Building 1 On Hing Terrace, Central Hong Kong ("Kinguin").
4. The Promotion shall start on 16.12.2022 and shall terminate 31.01.2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
5. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Kinguin or Kinguin’s associated entities’ employees and contractors or members of their families, which include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages or adoption or other family extensions.
1. 6. During the Promotion, every user (the “Participant”) will receive:
- free first item called “Started Package” to be picked up in Kinguin Bear Wars on Roblox,
- free second item to be picked up in Kinguin Bear Wars on Roblox if the user subscribes to the newsletter
7. During the Promotion, every user (the “Participant”) can make a purchase of Roblox Prepaid Cards on kinguin.net.
8. Each customer can buy only 3 Roblox Prepaid Cards.
9. Roblox Prepaid Cards are excluded from the storewide 12% discount code “ROBLOX12”.
10. The storewide 12% discount code “ROBLOX12” can be:

11. Free items in Kinguin Bear Wars or The storewide 8% discount code cannot be exchanged for the equivalent in cash, or of another kind.
12. If Kinguin determines that a new account was registered by a Participant who owns a second, active account on Kinguin, Kinguin reserves the right to cancel or any other order placed with the use of the storewide 8% discount code or permanently remove the user account.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinguin shall not be liable for any third party's performance or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Promotion.
14. Kinguin reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
15. Kinguin shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
16. In relation to the Promotion Kinguin is a personal data controller (the “Controller”), whose contact details are as follows: gdpr@kinguin.io.
17. Personal data of Participants is processed in order to:

allow the participation in the Promotion;
verify if the Participant meets the requirements of the Promotion;
communicate with the Participant;
deliver the Kinguin Discount to the Participant;
for the marketing purposes of the Controller, as well as in connection with the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, namely marketing of its own products and services.

18. Personal data will be processed by the Controller during the implementation of the above goals.
19. Providing personal data is voluntary but it is also a requirement necessary to enter into the Promotion.
20. The personal data will not be processed in an automated way.
21. Each Participant has the right to request the access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing or to raise an objection before applicable authorities in relation to such processing.
22. Unless stated otherwise in the relevant regulation or laws each Participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the Kinguin Giftcard.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Hong Kong.
