1. These terms and conditions define the rules for participation in an online promotion “Treats, No Tricks” (the "Promotion").

2. The Promotion is available globally.

3. The Promotion is organized by Kinguin Digital Limited with its registered seat in 8/F On Hing Building 1 On Hing Terrace, Central Hong Kong ("Kinguin").

4. The Promotion shall start on October 25th, 2021 at 12:00 CET and shall terminate on October 31st, 2021 at 23:59 CET (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Kinguin or Kinguin’s associated entities’ employees and contractors or members of their families, which include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages or adoption or other family extensions.

6. During the Promotion, every user (the “Participant”) who finds a designated pop-up on kinguin.net can claim the discount code (“Discount Code” or collectively “Discounts Codes”) which will be delivered to the Participant via e-mail.

7. The Discount Codes are valid only on the specified products divided into five segments:

8. To receive the Discount Code, the Participant needs to:

be at least 18 years old;

be a registered user;

d) subscribe to the Kinguin’s newsletter.

9. The instructions for using the Discount Code will be included in the email in which the Discount Code has been sent.

10. During the Promotion Period each Participant can:

receive one Discount Code from each of five segments specified in section 7 above (in general 5 Discount Codes - each from a different segment);

use each Discount Code three times;

use the Discount Codes for purchasing the games or other digital products on kinguin.net for up to 100€ (or its equivalent in local currency);

11. The Discount Code cannot be exchanged for the equivalent in cash, or of another kind.

12. All Discount Codes are valid until 31st of October 2021.

13. If Kinguin determines that a new account was registered by a Participant who owns a second, active account on Kinguin with a newsletter subscription, Kinguin reserves the right to cancel any order placed with the use of the Discount Code or permanently remove the user account.

14. If Kinguin determines that the Discount Code was claimed more than three times on a single account, Kinguin reserves the right to cancel any order placed with the use of the Discount Code or permanently remove the account.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinguin shall not be liable for any third party's performance or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Promotion.

16. Kinguin reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.

17. Kinguin shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

18. In relation to the Promotion Kinguin is a personal data controller (the “Controller”).

21. Providing personal data is voluntary but it is also a requirement necessary to enter into the Promotion.

23. Each Participant has the right to request the access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing or to raise an objection before applicable authorities in relation to such processing.

24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Hong Kong.
