1. These terms and conditions define the rules for participation in an online promotion “St. Patrick’s Day Promotion” (the "Promotion").
2. The Promotion is available globally.
3. The Promotion is organized by Kinguin Digital Limited with its registered seat in 8/F On Hing Building 1 On Hing Terrace, Central Hong Kong ("Kinguin").
4. The Promotion shall start on March 17th, 2022 at 12:00 CET and shall terminate on March 23th, 2022 at 23:59 CET (the “Promotion Period”).
5. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Kinguin or Kinguin’s associated entities’ employees and contractors or members of their families, which include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages or adoption or other family extensions.
6. During the Promotion, every user (the “Participant”) can make a purchase of Leprechaun’s Treasure Box on kinguin.net for 1.99€.
7. The Leprechaun’s Treasure Box is a limited edition random game product that is available for purchase during the Promotion Period and limited to 2,000 units.
8. The Leprechaun’s Treasure Box will be only purchasable during the Promotion Period whilst the stocks are available.
9. Each Participant can buy only 1 Leprechaun’s Treasure Box.
10. Each Leprechaun’s Treasure Box contains a random game key. The Leprechaun’s Treasure Box contains the following games’ codes in random order.
12. The Leprechaun’s Treasure Box, Wholesale purchases, CS:GO products are excluded from the storewide 8% discount code “CLOVER”.
13. The storewide 8% discount code “CLOVER” can be:
a) used 1 time per user.
b) used during the Promotion Period.
c) used on cart value up to 100€
14. The Leprechaun’s Treasure Box or the storewide 8% discount code cannot be exchanged for the equivalent in cash, or of another kind.
15. If Kinguin determines that a new account was registered by a Participant who owns a second, active account on Kinguin, Kinguin reserves the right to cancel the Leprechaun’s Treasure Box or any other order placed with the use of the storewide 8% discount code or permanently remove the user account.
16. If Kinguin determines that the Leprechaun’s Treasure Box was claimed more than once on a single account, Kinguin reserves the right to cancel the Leprechaun’s Treasure Box order or permanently remove the account.
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinguin shall not be liable for any third party's performance or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Promotion.
18. Kinguin reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
19. Kinguin shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
20. In relation to the Promotion Kinguin is a personal data controller (the “Controller”).
21. Personal data of Participants is processed in order to:
a) allow the participation in the Promotion;
b) verify if the Participant meets the requirements of the Promotion;
c) communicate with the Participant;
d) deliver the Leprechaun’s Treasure Box or the discount code to the Participant;
e) for the marketing purposes of the Controller, as well as in connection with the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, namely marketing of its own products and services.
22. Personal data will be processed by the Controller during the implementation of the above goals.
23. Providing personal data is voluntary but it is also a requirement necessary to enter into the Promotion.
24. The personal data will not be processed in an automated way.
25. Each Participant has the right to request the access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing or to raise an objection before applicable authorities in relation to such processing.
26. Unless stated otherwise in the relevant regulation or laws each Participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the Leprechaun’s Treasure Box or the discount code.
27. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Hong Kong.
